Psychologist

Brendan

Background and Experience:

I am a performance psychologist with experience helping individuals and teams improve performance under pressure. My work draws on psychology, behaviour change, stress management, and evidence-based performance strategies to support people in high-demand environments such as sport, business, leadership, and other high-stakes settings.

My approach focuses on helping clients build the mental skills required for consistent performance, resilience, and long-term wellbeing. This includes areas such as confidence, focus, emotional regulation, stress management, recovery, decision-making, and performing effectively when the pressure is high.

I work in a warm and practical way, tailoring support to the individual, their goals, and the context they operate in. Whether the aim is improving performance, managing pressure, returning from setbacks, or building sustainable habits, my goal is to help clients perform well without compromising health and wellbeing.
